Shanghai Juneyao Group pledged 7.7 million shares in Juneyao Air (HO, Shanghai Hongqiao) to Huaxia Bank's Shanghai branch on July 24, 2026, to provide debt performance guarantees. The transaction represents 0.8% of the controlling shareholder's stake and 0.35% of the total share capital. Following this, Shanghai Juneyao Group's cumulative pledged holdings rose to 748.3 million shares, accounting for 78.3% of its 44.1% stake. Together with affiliate Shanghai Juneyao Aviation Investment, total pledged shares reached 775.8 million, or 35.8% of the airline's total equity.
