Air Premia (YP, Seoul Incheon) plans to raise KRW110 billion won (USD75.9 million) through a shareholder rights issue of 550 million new common shares priced at KRW200 (USD0.13) each. The record date is August 19, 2026, followed by subscription on September 18 and payment on September 29. As previously reported, the capital raise forms part of a financial restructuring plan submitted to South Korea’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. The airline aims to use the proceeds to improve its financial structure and support operations, including planned new Asian routes during the winter season.
