FAA Part 135-certified operator Privaira (PVO, Fort Lauderdale Executive), which was acquired by private jet charter broker TLC Jet in late 2025, has been merged into the TLC Jet brand, in line with plans announced at the time of the acquisition. “By bringing Privaira into the TLC Jet family, we're creating a stronger organization with expanded capabilities, broader resources, and a unified brand that better reflects the future of our company,” said Justin Firestone, president of TLC Jet. Flight operations will continue under the same Part 135 certificate, with Sky One Holdings remaining the legal certificate holder while changing the operating name to TLC Jet.
