Honda Aircraft (HON, Greensboro Piedmont Triad International) has secured a Brazilian civil aviation authority (Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil - ANAC) type certificate for the HondaJet Elite II and delivered the first unit of the variant in the country. “This delivery underscores Honda Aircraft Company's commitment to building a global fleet presence while delivering meaningful value to customers worldwide,” said Amod Kelkar, senior vice president and CCO. The HondaJet will continue to be sold through Líder Aviação, the exclusive authorised sales representative in Brazil.

Brazil's first HondaJet Elite II, with msn 42000276, has registration PS-MTO reserved. The very light jet departed Honda Aircraft's Greensboro production facilities on July 22 for Sorocaba, arriving seven days later following stops at Fort Lauderdale Executive, Aguadilla, Bridgetown, Boa Vista, RR, Paraíso do Tocantins, Goiânia, and Vitória Goiabeiras.
