Aircraft management and private jet charter start-up JetUp has secured Portuguese AOC #PT-01/26.
The certification was shared by the company's safety and compliance manager, Rui Rocha, on LinkedIn. It is unclear which aircraft were used to obtain the AOC.
JetUp's website lists two aircraft types, the Phenom 100EV and the HondaJet Elite II. ch-aviation research shows the aircraft pictured correspond to a 2022-built, six-seat Phenom 100EV, CS-DJI (msn 50000433) and a 2026-built, six-seat HondaJet Elite II, CS-DJL (msn 42000291).
While the HondaJet Elite II was previously operated privately, the Phenom 100EV has appeared on social media of aircraft management and private jet charter provider PHS Aviation (PSU, Braga). The company's fleet includes a Learjet 40 and a Slovenia-registered Citation II.
Based at Porto, JetUp aims to provide private jet charter services across Europe and aircraft management services in Portugal. Lleida, in Spain, serves as a secondary base, with hangar space and maintenance facilities.
JetUp's address matches that of Vigent, an investment group based in Trofa, near Porto, comprising metal manufacturer Metalogalva, seafood company Brasmar, real estate development and asset management firm Sapore, and venture capital company Point Capital Partners.
Vigent was founded by Joaquim Silva and is led by president Adelino Silva and CEO Sérgio Silva.
