Shenzhen Airlines (ZH, Shenzhen) has registered the CNY11.9 billion yuan (USD1.8 billion) capital increase announced in June 2026, lifting its registered capital to CNY21.2 billion (USD3.1 billion) from CNY9.4 billion (USD1.4 billion). Air China (CA, Beijing Capital) retained its 51% stake, while Kunpeng Capital's holding rose to 36.6% from 20.9%. Meanwhile, Shenzhen International Holdings' stake fell to 12.4% from 28.1% after it did not participate in the funding round. The corporate registration was amended on August 5, 2026.
