Best Jets International (DOW, St. Paul Holman Downtown) has secured United States FAA Part 121 certification, enabling larger group charter operations with two 60-seat E170s. Two additional E170s in a 30-seat executive configuration were already operated under Part 135 regulations. The company's four-strong Embraer fleet will be based in the Midwest and Florida.

“Receiving Part 121 certification allows us to expand our capabilities and better serve customers requiring larger-capacity charter solutions,” said Troy Salwei, vice president of commercial operations at Best Jets International. The company operates other midsize, super-midsize, and long-range executive jets under Part 135 regulations.
