flyExclusive (JRE, Kinston) and Volato (Houston Hobby) have extended an aircraft management services agreement, originally signed in September 2024, until December 31, 2026. Under the sixth amendment to the agreement, effective August 31, the remaining asset purchase options remain in effect through to the end of the extended term, including an option covering Volato's Vaunt empty-leg membership programme. flyExclusive previously acquired Volato's Mission Control scheduling software.
