flyExclusive (JRE, Kinston) has completed the acquisition of Jet.AI following shareholder approval on July 6. “We're adding customers who can immediately utilise our platform, aircraft that strengthen our fleet, future delivery positions that support our long-term growth, and financial assets to accelerate our growth and that increase our flexibility,” said Jim Segrave, founder and CEO of flyExclusive.

Announced in February 2025, the transaction includes two HondaJets and a Citation Jet 4, USD4.1 million securing three Citation Jet 3 delivery positions scheduled for 2027, Jet.AI's jet card members, USD6.1 million in securities that flyExclusive intends to convert to cash in an “orderly manner” to fund fleet growth and operating initiatives, and approximately USD5.3 million in cash to support continued fleet expansion.
