Wings Air (Indonesia) (IW, Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta) will resume scheduled passenger operations at Dumai on October 10, 2026, launching 2x weekly ATR72 flights to/from Batam. The route will be the only scheduled service at the airport, which was reactivated in February 2026 and sits on Sumatra close to the Strait of Malacca. Dumai authorities are separately discussing a proposed Dumai-Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta service with FlyJaya (KS, Jakarta Halim), but no launch has been confirmed.
