Redstar Aviation (RHH, Istanbul Sabiha Gökcen), a Turkish air ambulance operator that provides aircraft under Ministry of Health contracts, says it is continuing to operate without interruption after a Turkish court appointed a temporary supervisory trustee as part of an ongoing legal dispute between the company's shareholders.

In a press release dated September 18, 2026, the company assured that the trustee's mandate is limited to reviewing and approving certain financial transactions and does not extend to its management or operations.

The measure has been in place for more than a month, Redstar Aviation said, adding that the company continues to operate under its existing management structure and authorities, stressing that there has been no disruption to its activities.

The statement followed reports in Turkish and international media and on social media about the appointment, which the company said did not reflect the full facts.

According to ch-aviation data, Redstar Aviation operates a fleet of 11 aircraft, comprising one Challenger 604, five Challenger 605s, one Learjet 45(XR), and four Learjet 45XRs.
