Turkish authorities have seized a Learjet 60 and a Global 5000 as part of an ongoing financial investigation by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into alleged irregularities in Turkish capital-markets transactions. The aircraft are a 2001-built, seven-seat Learjet 60, TC-TRA (msn 60-203), and a 2015-built, 13-seat Global 5000, TC-YRZ (msn 9683), both managed by Genel Havacilik (Istanbul Atatürk).

The Learjet 60 was identified as belonging to Emre Tezmen, chairman of Tera Yatırım Holding, who was arrested on September 23, while the Global 5000 was identified as belonging to Muhammed Yarız, chairman of Pusula Portföy. A yacht belonging to Serdar Turhan, chairman of Pusula Finans Holding, was further seized.
