Former medical device company Catheter Precision, which fully acquired business aviation platform Flyte (United States of America) in March 2026, changed the corporate name to Flyte Aviation on October 5, as it pivots towards a full aviation business. Publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange, the company further changed the ticker symbol to VJET, replacing VTAK. At the same time, Flyte effected a one-for-ten reverse stock split, reducing the number of outstanding shares to approximately 2.1 million, compared to about 21 million previously.

“The rebranding reflects a fundamental repositioning around aviation, technology, and the Flyte brand,” the company said. Flyte, which operates a fleet of four Vision Jet G2s and a Vision Jet G2+, secured Bahamas and Caribbean charter approvals in September. “In the months ahead, we will be further upgrading and advancing our network to capture market share and widen our competitive moat,” said Flyte founder Marc Sellouk.
