STAjets (KFB, Santa Ana, CA) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire International Jet Aviation Services (IJA, Denver Centennial), in line with plans to acquire another Part 135-certified operator outlined by COO Erik Neiderman in an exclusive interview with ch-aviation at the NBAA-BACE 2025 convention in Las Vegas.
“STA is growing with purpose and momentum,” said Kurt Belcher, founder of STA Jets. “Each addition makes the STA network broader, our capabilities stronger, and our service better for the clients who rely on us.”
International Jet provides charter, aircraft management, and aircraft sales services. The company's Part 135-certified fleet comprises a Learjet 55, a Learjet 60SE, two Learjet 60XRs, a Citation Bravo, a G550, a Hawker 800XPi, a Hawker 850XP, a Hawker 900XP, and three King Air Beech (twin turboprop)s, including two King Air C90Bs and a King Air 250.
International Jet further operates a 37,000-square-foot (3,437-square-metre) facility at Denver Centennial. Established in California in 1979, the company relocated to Denver the following year. “That legacy is exactly what makes this partnership compelling. We're committed to preserving what makes International Jet exceptional while adding the scale, resources, and reach of the STA network.”
STA Jets is headquartered at Santa Ana and has operational bases at Van Nuys, San Jose, New York, and Fort Lauderdale. The company's Part 135 certificate includes 29 aircraft, comprising primarily Gulfstream Aerospace jets, namely nine GIV-SPs, two G450s, a GV, seven G550s, and a GVII-G600, alongside a Challenger 601-3R, four Challenger 604s, two Citation XLS jets, a Legacy 600, and a Hawker 800XPi.
