VistaJet (Malta) (VJT, Malta International) has partnered with AX Aero Group subsidiary AeronautX to train Challenger pilots at a new centre near Amsterdam Schiphol, due to open in the first quarter of 2027. The facility will initially provide training for the Challenger 3500, beginning March 2027, followed by the Challenger 650 in July, including initial type ratings and recurrent training. Additional types are expected to be introduced in the future. VistaJet owns the Challenger 3500 simulator, which AeronautX will operate and make available to other customers. The partnership follows parent VistaJet Group Holding's February 2026 order for forty Challenger 3500s, with options for another 120.
