Axis Jet (Sacramento Executive), previously operating under the Part 135 certificates of Modesto Executive Air Charter and Eldorado Air, has consolidated all charter operations under the Modesto Executive Air Charter Part 135 certificate, Corporate Jet Investor has reported.

Axis Jet says the integration of personnel, aircraft, and resources across both operations will provide greater consistency and flexibility for aircraft owners and charter customers.

Modesto Executive Air Charter's Part 135 certificate covers 19 aircraft, including a Challenger 350, a Citation M2 Gen2, two Citation Jet 2s, a Citation Jet 2+, a Citation Jet 3, a Citation XLS, a Citation X, a Beechjet 400XT, a Hawker 400XT, two Pilatus PC-24s, three PC-12 turboprops, and four King Air Beech (twin turboprop)s, namely a C90, a B200, and two B300s. Eldorado Air's charter certificate comprises a single King Air C90.

Axis Jet has further received Federal Aviation Administration approval for a pilot development programme. “We want to create opportunities for good pilots to build meaningful careers here,” co-founder Matt Bosco said.

Founded in 2004, Axis Jet provides charter, aircraft management, and aircraft acquisition and sales services. Bosco and co-founder Dan Kimmel further own Modesto FBO operator Modesto Jet Center, which partners with Axis Jet.
