Okay Airways (BK, Tianjin) has announced Tianjin to Jeju as its first international route. According to WCARN, the route will launch on December 29 and will operate 3x weekly with B737-800s. One of China's few privately funded airlines, Okay operates eleven B737-800s, ten MA-60s and a single B737-300(F) on domestic Chinese flights.
