Air Costa (Vijayawada) has now deployed its first two E190s, VT-LBR (cn 19000593) & VT-LVR (cn 19000608), into revenue service. Delivered direct from Embraer (EMB, São José dos Campos U.E. Stumpf International), the aircraft will be joined by a further 5 aircraft in 2014. With USD100million in investment, the airline intends to set up a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility at Vijayawada Airport by 2015.
