SkyWork Airlines (Bern) has disposed of its entire shareholding in tour operator subsidiary, Aaretal Reisen AG, to a group of undisclosed investors. Switzerland's TravelInside says the divestment is effective May 1.
The firm says it plans to focus on its core business - tourism - and that its new found independence will allow it to not only select partners ideal to its business but will also allow it to expand its holiday programs thereby ensuring sustainable growth.
