Local news service, BeITA, says the state, which owns 99.9% of the shares in the carrier, is hoping to use the funds to help restore seven Il-76s and build a hangar at Minsk Machulishchi all of which is projected to cost at least USD25million.

"The buyer will have to preserve the number of jobs and the company's business profile within five years after the contract to sell the shares is signed."
In addition to MRO facilities, Trans Avia Export operates a fleet of thirteen IL-76 aircraft, including 11 IL-76TD and 2 IL-76MD aircraft, though only five are operational at present. It also wet-leases a B747-400F from ACG Air Cargo Global (Bratislava).
