ANA - All Nippon Airways (NH, Tokyo Haneda) has announced additional orders with Airbus (AIB, Toulouse Blagnac) and Boeing (BOE, Washington National) adding to those placed in July of last year.
Last week, ANA committed to seven more A321 aircraft (four A321-200 (SL)s and three A321neo), adding to the firm order for 30 A320neo Family (seven A320neo and 23 A321neo) jets placed in July 2014. The jets will replace some of ANA's existing narrowbody fleet of thirteen A320-200s, five B737-500s, thirteen B737-700s, and twenty-seven B737-800s.
Concerning the US manufacturer, Boeing, the Japanese carrier ordered five B737-800s while signing a Letter of Intent (LOI) for three B787-10s.
