Ryanair (FR, Dublin International) has announced it will open a base at Nuremberg effective November 1. Using one B737-800, the Irish LCC will increase flights to London Stansted while adding new destinations including: Budapest (daily), Malta International (2x weekly), Manchester (daily), Milan Bergamo (daily) and Rome Ciampino (daily).

Nuremburg is Ryanair's seventh German base alongside: Berlin Schönefeld, Bremen Hans Koschnick, Cologne/Bonn, Frankfurt Hahn, Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden, and Düsseldorf Weeze.
