Welcome Air (Innsbruck) has acquired a 76% stake in Air A!ps (A6/Innsbruck) and will control the two carriers and Tyrol Air Ambulance (TYR/Innsbruck) under a new holding company called Welcome Aviation Group. All three airlines will continue to operate independently and no changes to the current fleet or network structure have been announced so far.
