One Air (HC, London Stansted) registered its first aircraft, a B747-400(BDSF), on May 19, 2022, as it inches towards certification and launch.

G-UNET (msn 25075) was transferred from the start-up's main commercial partner, Moldova's Aerotranscargo (F5, Chisinau International), which operated it as ER-BBB. The 30.9-year-old freighter was ferried from Munich to Frankfurt Hahn on May 11, 2022, and remains in maintenance at the latter, Flightradar24 ADS-B data shows.

One Air is a subsidiary of cargo broker AirOne Aviation Limited, which, according to the British companies register, owns more than 75% of shares in the start-up airline. One Air applied for an Operating Licence (OL) in late 2021 but has yet to receive either the OL or the AOC.

AirOne Aviation is the exclusive British broker for Aerotranscargo. The Moldovan cargo specialist continues to operate four more B747-400(BDSF)s, two B747-400(BCF)s, and one B747-400FSCD.

One Air's B747 is currently the only aircraft of this family active in the UK. Three more units are registered in the country: one B747-400 retired by British Airways (BA, London Heathrow) and parked for parting out at Kemble in April 2020, and one B747-400ERF and one B747-400FSCD formerly operated by CargoLogicAir (P3, London Stansted).
