Airlines cancel China and other flights due to Coronavirus
29.01.2020 - 17:30 UTCAirlines from across the globe are cancelling their respective flights to China in light of the coronavirus outbreak. To date, the virus has caused more than 259 deaths, spreading across China and to at least 24 other countries according to a Reuters report as of February 1.
Given the magnitude of network changes related to flights to/from China, this article is no longer updated. All further adjustments will be reported via Route Network Updates, available for ch-aviation schedules subscribers, and can be accessed via the following links: for mainland China, for Hong Kong, for Macao, and for Taiwan.
All flights from/to Wuhan remain suspended due to the Chinese government imposed a quarantine on the city on January 23.
Below is an updated list of route suspensions by geographical region and in order of capacity provided by carrier group from these origin markets, ch-aviation will regularly update the list:
