Dan Air (DN, Bucharest Baneasa) has adjusted its scheduled network plans almost a month before the flights are due to launch, with a stronger focus now on destinations in Spain and Germany.

As first reported by BoardingPass.ro, the Romanian carrier, formerly known as Just Us Air, will not operate scheduled flights from Bucharest Henri Coanda to Berlin Brandenburg International, Munich, Rome Fiumicino, Milan Linate, and Budapest (all of which scheduled as weekly except for 2x weekly Budapest flights). Instead, it has added a new route from the capital airport to Malaga (2x weekly from June 18, 2023) and Madrid Barajas (weekly from June 17).

Dan Air also plans to operate services from its second base at Brasov International to Munich and Nuremberg 2x weekly each, instead of the previously planned weekly.

Dan Air will launch scheduled operations on June 15, 2023. All flights will be operated with an A320-200. It currently operates three units of the type: one each wet-leased to Air Serbia (JU, Belgrade Nikola Tesla) and Jazeera Airways (J9, Kuwait), and one in maintenance. Dan Air also operates one A319-100, also wet-leased to Air Serbia.
