Hebei Airlines (NS, Shijiazhuang) has débutted Zhangjiakou Ningyuan Airport's first flights since opening in mid June, with a 4x weekly service to Shijiazhuang operated on-board an E190. Now a dual civilian/military airport, construction to convert the former airbase to a dual-use facility began in May 2010 at an estimated cost of USD73.3million (USD450million).
