Network Aviation (NWK, Perth International) will add a maiden pair of A320-200s to its fleet from March 2018, Travel Daily Australia has said.

According to the report, the two aircraft will be sourced from Jetstar Airways (JQ, Melbourne Tullamarine) which has, in turn, sourced the aircraft via a Jetstar Asia Airways (3K, Singapore Changi) order. Once delivered from Airbus (AIB, Toulouse Blagnac), the aircraft will be operated by Network Aviation under the QantasLink brand.

The jets will primarily be used in Western Australia thus freeing up B737-800 capacity at Qantas for use in operating 2x daily Perth International-Singapore Changi services.

The ch-aviation fleets module shows Network Aviation also operates seventeen Fokker 100s for QantasLink and on fly-in, fly-out (FIFO) charters operated for the Australian resources industry.
