Aegean Airlines (A3, Athens) is set to launch scheduled charter flights from Leipzig/Halle to Croatia on behalf of local tour operator Reiseservice Deutschland, according to the online timetable for the Winter 2018/19 posted by the airport operator.

The Greek carrier will operate 1x weekly to Split (via Hannover) between November 3, 2018, and December 15. Subsequently, it will fly also 1x weekly non-stop to Dubrovnik between February 12 and March 26, 2019. Both routes will be operated with A320-200s.

The Leipzig-Croatia routes are Aegean Airlines' first services not touching Greece in continental Europe. In terms of non-Greek routes, it also operates 4x weekly between Larnaca and Tel Aviv Ben Gurion, the ch-aviation schedules module shows.
