Solaris Airlines (Moscow Vnukovo) has launched charter operations with three ex-AirBlue (ED/Karachi), ex-Atlasjet Airlines (KK/Antalya) and ex-Turkuaz Airlines A321-200s. Turkish tour operator OTI owns part of the carrier that has acquired the operating certificate of defunct carrier Vyborg (VBG/St. Petersburg) to start operations quicker.
