Private equity fund AE Industrial Partners acquired a majority stake in Alpine Air Express (5A, Provo) for an undisclosed sum.
As a part of the transaction, the current CEO Michael Dancy will continue to occupy his post at Alpine Air Express.
Alpine Air Express is a Part 135 air cargo specialist focused primarily on the western United States. The airline operates over forty aircraft in total, including Beech 1900C, Beech 1900D, and Beech 99 turboprops.
