Air Tanzania (TC, Dar es Salaam) plans to yet again resume domestic operations on October 10 after getting close to finalizing an agreement with Aerovista Tanzania (Dar es Salaam) to again wet-lease B737-500 4L-AJB (MSN 27354) previously operated by Aerovista subsidiary Vista Georgia (Tbilisi) on Air Tanzania's behalf. Air Tanzania had been forced to temporarily suspend operations after cancelling this wet-lease agreement in August because its only other aircraft, DHC-8-300 5H-MWF (c/n 474), has been on the ground on a maintenance check. It expects to now resume operations with both the B737-500 and Dash 8-300s.
