The UK Civil Aviation Authority awarded Jung Sky (JSY) a Block Foreign Carrier Permit on March 19, 2024, allowing the Croatian business charter operator to fly between the European Union and the United Kingdom without prior approval for individual flights.

The permit covers all three Cessna Aircraft Company C525A Citations Jung Sky flies.

"Many of our top clients are from the UK, and London airports are among our most visited ones. Given the fact we receive a lot of inquiries for last-minute EU-UK/UK-EU flights, which up to this point we mostly had to decline, we have no doubt the Block Permit will boost our UK operations even further," the airline said in a statement.

The Block Foreign Carrier Permit does not cover operations from Switzerland and EEA countries Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.
