Air Peace (P4, Lagos) has added two pre-owned new-generation B737s to is fleet – including its first B737-900 – both formerly operated by Georgian Airways. The other is a B737-700, the airline's second of the variant.

The transaction was announced by Lithuanian consultancy Friendly Avia Support, which acted as transaction arranger and exclusive adviser to the seller.

In a statement, it said the B737-900 (msn 41534) and the B737-700 (msn 35086) have completed scheduled maintenance and have been repainted in Air Peace's livery at Kaunas International in Lithuania. They are expected to enter commercial service in the coming days.

Photos taken at Kaunas International show the B737-900 bearing the Nigerian registration 5N-CGT, but the aircraft cannot yet be tracked under that tail number.
