North-West Aircompany (0E, St. Petersburg) has retired the sole Challenger 650 it had operated since 2020, ch-aviation research reveals.

The 8.8-year-old Bombardier Business Aircraft, RA-67245 (msn 6075), is configured for 12 passengers. It was last active under North-West Aircompany's 'NWC' code on December 19, 2024, flying between Dubai World Central and Moscow Vnukovo, where it is based.

Now operated by Tarp Aviation, the jet began flying under the company's ‘RLA’ code on April 15, 2025, completing a roundtrip between Moscow Vnukovo and Minsk National. It joins two other Challenger 650s in Tarp Aviation's fleet, alongside a Global 5000 (after another unit of the type was retired and is now operated by Tulpar), two Global 6000s, a Global 7500, a G650, and a Tu-204-300.

Following the phase-out of this Challenger 650, North-West Aircompany's fleet now consists of a Challenger 350 (currently inactive), a Global Express XRS, a Global 5000, four Global 6000s, two Global 6500s, an ACJ318-100, an ACJ320-200N, two A321-200NX, a Falcon 900C, three Falcon 7X, two G550s, a G650, four AW139s, and a Mil Helicopter Mi-171.

Despite ongoing Western sanctions, North-West Aircompany expanded its fleet in 2024 by importing seven aircraft previously registered in countries such as China, San Marino, South Africa, and Tajikistan, most recently the operator's first Global Express XRS.
