MHS Aviation (Germany) (M2, Munich) has transferred the two Challenger 604s it operated to the Austrian air operator's certificate (AOC) of partner company Elangeni (ELG, Vienna), ch-aviation research reveals.

The Bombardier Business Aircraft, D-AEOM (msn 5654) and D-ANGB (msn 5541), are 19 and 23.1 years old, respectively, and configured for up to 12 and 10 passengers. Previously operated under MHS Aviation's 'MHV' code, both began flying under Elangeni's 'ELG' code on April 30.

This follows the February 2025 transfer of MHS Aviation's last Dassault Aviation jet to Elangeni's AOC. The Austrian company's certificate now includes the newly inducted Challenger 604s, two Citation Jet 2+ (with one parked since October 2024 at Vienna), a Falcon 900EX, a Falcon 2000(LX), a Falcon 2000LX, and a Phenom 300. Only the Falcon 900EX and the Falcon 2000(LX) are registered in Austria.

Meanwhile, MHS Aviation now operates a Praetor 600 and two Do328-100s under the 'MHV' code. Three more Do328-100s remain stored, while a Do328-300, previously in long-term storage, resumed operations in April, albeit not under MHS Aviation's code.

Elangeni focuses on aircraft management, while MHS Aviation also offers charter services. Both companies continue to share their fleets.
