Aery Aviation (FST, Newport News) has commenced charter operations with Gulfstream Aerospace aircraft following the addition of a GV, ch-aviation research reveals.
The 25.5-year-old jet, N168CE (msn 568), is configured for up to 17 passengers and is based at Newport News. Stored since April 2023, it completed a single flight in 2024, a test flight in September around Van Nuys where it had previously been based. The jet was formerly listed on the Part 135 certificate of Clay Lacy Aviation (CLY, Van Nuys), which continues to include a GV alongside several other Gulfstream variants.
Following this addition, Aery Aviation's Part 135 fleet now comprises the newly inducted GV, a Learjet 40(XR), a Vision Jet G2+, and a Premier I.
Aery Aviation specialises in aircraft modifications for both government and commercial clients, and it holds a Part 135 certificate for private jet charter flights and air ambulance operations.
