IranAir (IR, Tehran Mehrabad) has retired its last three B727-200s from active service and parked them at Tehran Mehrabad according to Aerotransport. The three aircraft registered EP-IRR (MSN 20946), EP-IRS (20947) and EP-IRT (21078) had been originally delivered to Iran Air between 1974 and 1975 directly from Boeing (BOE, Washington National) several years before the Iranian revolution in 1979.
