AIRZETA (KJ, Seoul Incheon) finalised a wage and collective bargaining agreement with the Incheon branch of Asiana Airlines (OZ, Seoul Incheon) on February 21, 2026. The 214-member union of former Asiana Airlines pilots approved the deal with a 98.6% vote.

The cargo-only carrier will align pay scales for all pilots by April 1, 2026. It expanded its fleet from only operating B737-800(SF)s to B747-400(BDSF)s, B747-400FSCDs, and a B767-300F after the acquisition of the Asiana Airlines cargo division. The airline and unions established a new seniority list based on flight hours to manage the integration. AIRZETA also concluded negotiations with its administrative staff union, with both parties agreeing to a 3.7% average wage increase and the continuation of previous welfare benefits.
