Finnair (AY, Helsinki Vantaa) is evaluating increasing the fleet of E190s operated on its behalf by part-owned subsidiary NoRRA Nordic Regional Airlines from the current 12 to 18 units, and is already scouting the market for available aircraft. "Thanks to the new collective labour agreement with Finnair pilots, we can increase the number of jets operated by NoRRA," Finnair CEO Turkka Kuusisto said. The regional capacity provider, which is a 60/40 JV between DAT (Denmark) and Finnair, currently operates twelve E190s and twelve ATR72-500s, flying exclusively for the Finnish flag carrier.
