Lufthansa Group is in advanced negotiations with both Airbus and Boeing and expects to place a new widebody order within the coming weeks, chief executive Carsten Spohr said during the A4E Summit in Brussels, attended by ch-aviation. He declined to disclose any details regarding the types or number of aircraft to be included in the order.
