Jazeera Airways (J9, Kuwait) will begin operating scheduled flights out of Dammam in Saudi Arabia as of March 26, 2026. The Kuwait low-cost carrier has thus far used Qaisumah as a temporary base, and will continue to operate from that airport too. Kuwait remains closed to all commercial flight operations due to the risk of strikes from Iran.
