FlyUSA (Tampa International) has launched a Citation Jet 3+ fractional ownership programme after entering the fractional business model earlier this year with the PC-12. The company currently operates two Citation Jet 3+ aircraft, in line with plans outlined by president William Holtz in an exclusive interview with ch-aviation in late 2025. At the time, Holtz said the Citation Jet 3+ would be replacing FlyUSA's fleet of four Citation Ultras, of which the company now operates two. Following the introduction of the Citation Jet 3+, FlyUSA plans to launch a Falcon 2000 fractional ownership programme.
