Forum 1 Aviation (Delhi International) has launched Bombardier Business Aircraft operations following the induction of a Challenger 650, deputy general manager Sonali Singh announced on LinkedIn.
The 2019-built aircraft, registered in India as VT-BBD (msn 6134) in June, is configured for up to 10 passengers. The jet first flew on June 14 with a circuit around Delhi International, where it is based, and has been active across India since June 26.
This Challenger 650 previously served as the sole unit of the type operated by Jet Concierge Club (JCO, London Stansted). In late 2025, the aircraft was registered in Guernsey as 2-FAST under Volare Aviation (Guernsey), completing five flights under the company's 'VLZ' code, including the ferry flight between Guernsey and Delhi International on March 5, with a stop at Bucharest Henri Coanda.
Volare Aviation specialises in aircraft acquisition and sales and currently has several Challenger 600-series jets, along with other aircraft, listed for sale.
Forum 1 Aviation's fleet now comprises the newly inducted Challenger 650, a Hawker 800XPi parked at Delhi International since July 2025, and a Hawker 850XP. Both Hawker Beechcraft aircraft are placed in the company's non-scheduled operator's permit. It remains unclear whether the Challenger 650 replaces either of the two eight-seat Hawker jets, particularly the stored Hawker 800XPi.
