Izhavia has filed a claim against Russia’s civil aviation regulator (Rosaviatsiya) at the Moscow Arbitration Court, seeking to have unspecified decisions, actions, or inaction declared unlawful. As ch-aviation previously reported, the Izhevsk-based airline halted flight operations on August 1 after Rosaviatsiya annulled its air operator's certificate. The regulator alleged Izhavia's failure to rectify critical deficiencies in its safety management system within three months.
