Loganair (LM, Glasgow International) will close its Southampton aircraft base at the end of October 2026, less than a year after it deployed two E145s to the airport. The carrier said that the move was part of a “wider network and operational setup” review. Additionally, Loganair decided to scrap its Southampton-Manchester and Manchester-Exeter services as of August 20, 2026. Nevertheless, the airline does not plan to end its Jersey service from the airport.
Besides flights to Manchester and Jersey, the Scottish carrier’s Southampton services currently also include Newcastle International and Edinburgh, according to ch-aviation data.
