Wheels Up members will receive preferred yacht charter rates and access to Fraser's charter fleet, while Fraser clients will gain benefits across Wheels Up's private aviation offering. The companies will coordinate combined air-and-yacht itineraries involving private jets, helicopters, and seaplanes, with Fraser continuing to manage yacht charter bookings.
