Wheels Up (WUP, Teterboro) has signed a five-year agreement with Av8 Mro, a subsidiary of Victor Sierra Aviation Holdings, for landing gear overhaul and exchange support covering its Phenom 300 fleet. The agreement provides flat-rate pricing and access to Av8's landing gear exchange pool, allowing aircraft to return to service without waiting for individual components to undergo overhaul.

The agreement comes as Wheels Up expands its fleet of Phenom 300-series jets following the completion of its fleet modernisation programme in April 2026, which saw the operator replace its legacy jet types with Phenom 300 and Challenger 300 series aircraft.
