Priester Aviation, Mayo Aviation, Hill Private Aviation, and Omni Air Transport, previously operating under the George J. Priester Aviation brand, will be consolidated under the Priester Aviation name as part of a strategy to unify the group under a single brand. The George J. Priester Aviation brand will be retired. Elite Jets (United States of America) and Maxair (United States of America), acquired in early 2026, will retain their names and be co-branded as “a Priester company.” The transition will be completed in the coming months.

The brand consolidation follows the planned merge of the Part 135 certificates of Mayo Aviation, acquired in 2022, and Omni Air Transport, as well as Sunrise Jets, both acquired in mid-2025, as revealed exclusively to ch-aviation by Priester Aviation.
