Chartright Air (HRT, Toronto Pearson) has been included as a supplier under the government of Canada's National Master Standing Offer for Aircraft Charter Services. The agreement, CW2464006, was awarded by Public Services and Procurement Canada on August 14 and runs between September 1, 2026, and May 31, 2028.

Under the standing offer, Chartright Air can provide fixed-wing aircraft seating up to 50 passengers and rotary-wing aircraft for eligible Canadian government departments and agencies, with services available across the country. The company is one of 11 operators awarded contracts under the programme, giving eligible federal organisations access to approved charter providers for domestic and international missions.
